PRICES AND TAXES
Prices: All product prices indicated on the website [https://www.phonegallery.repair/es] are expressed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), as well as any other applicable tax in force at any given time.
Transparency: The final price that the customer must pay will be the one indicated at the time of order confirmation, breaking down, where applicable, the product price, applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Modifications: The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order confirmation (before payment).
Offers: In case of special offers or promotions, the reduced price will be clearly indicated along with the original price. Said original price will correspond to the lowest price that the product has had in the 30 days prior to the application of the offer.
ORDER PROCESS AND CONFIRMATION
Order Steps
To place an order, the customer must follow the online purchase procedure, which consists of the following steps:
Product selection: The customer adds the desired products to the shopping cart.
Delivery and billing data: The customer completes the form with their personal information, delivery address and billing data.
Payment method selection: The customer chooses the payment method desired from those available on the website.
Order review: Before finalizing, the customer will be able to view a detailed summary of the order, including selected products, prices (VAT included), shipping costs and total amount.
Acceptance of conditions: The customer must expressly accept these General Contracting Conditions and the Privacy Policy by checking the corresponding box. It will not be possible to complete the order without this acceptance.

Order Confirmation (Contract Conclusion Moment)

Customers who select the "Pick up in store" option may choose to pay by card, bank transfer or cash at the time of pickup.
Repair Services
For repair services:
Customers who visit the store can pay by card or cash.
Customers who send the device by mail must pay by card or bank transfer before starting the repair.
Card Payment Security
All card payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems. Online card payments require additional verification (SMS code, bank application or biometric data), as required by European regulations (Strong Customer Authentication).
Bank Transfer
Bank transfers must include the order number as the concept or observation. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment, which may take between 1 and 2 business days.

Repair Services
For repair services, they are described on the website the types of repairs available by device model. The final budget will be confirmed after inspecting the device in store or once received.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY REFLECTION PERIOD)
Withdrawal Period
As required by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, for distance contracts and outside the establishment:
The customer, as consumer and user, has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire at 14 calendar days from the day the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the product.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, by email) before the withdrawal period expires.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding the exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer). We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products, or until you have presented proof of the return of the same, whichever condition is met first. The reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the withdrawal communication.
Product Return
The customer must return the products to the following address, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw. The period will be considered fulfilled if you return the products before said period expires.

LEGAL GUARANTEES
For New Products
Mobile phones and electronics: 3 years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery or that manifests within this period.
For Refurbished and Second-Hand Products
Mobile phones: 1 year from the date of delivery.
Accessories (chargers, cables, etc.): 1 year from the date of delivery.
For Repair Services
Screen repair: 6 months on the repair work and installed parts.
Battery replacement: 6 months on the repair work and battery.
Other repairs (charging port, buttons, etc.): 6 months on the repair work and installed parts.
Software repair: 1 month on the repair work.
Scope and Limitations of Warranty
Scope: The warranty covers functionality failures or manufacturing defects that prevent or impair the normal use of the product or repaired component during the indicated periods.
Limitations: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents (such as blows or falls), liquid damage, repairs performed by unauthorized third parties, normal wear and tear, or the natural degradation of consumable components (such as progressive loss of battery capacity over time). For refurbished and second-hand products, the warranty covers defects not visible at the time of purchase, but does not cover aesthetic wear and tear inherent to the declared state of the product.
